  • You can't create an account on this site, and I don't sell anything here.
  • If you use the contact form, I keep what you send (name, email, message) plus some technical details, so I can reply and block spam.
  • I use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the site.
  • I never sell your data and I don't show ads.
  • You can ask me to see or delete your data at any time.

1. Who is responsible

This site is run by Adams Pierre David, a private individual based in Europe, who is responsible for your data. To reach me, use the contact page.

2. What data I use and why

  • Contact form: your name, email, message, IP address and browser details. I use them to reply to you, to block spam, and to improve my spam filter.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record how visitors use the site, to help me improve it.
  • Server logs: IP address, page visited, time and browser, to keep the site secure.

The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering messages, protecting the site and improving it. Name, email and message are needed for me to reply. Cookies are described in the Cookies Policy.

3. Who receives it

I don't sell or share your data. It is only handled by my host (IONOS), Google, Microsoft, and the networks that deliver some of the site's files. These providers are in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

4. How long I keep it

Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and keep spam out. Analytics data is kept by Google and Microsoft under their own rules.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to or limit its use, through the contact page. You can also complain to the CNIL.

6. Security

The site only works over HTTPS, and I'm the only person who can read contact messages. No system is completely safe, but I do my best to protect your data.

7. Children

This site is not aimed at children under 15. If you think a child sent me personal data, contact me and I'll delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

If I change how I handle data, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
