Cookies Policy

This page lists the cookies used on adamspierredavid.com, what each one does, and how you can block them. For everything else about your data, see the Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. The site can read it again on your next visit, for example to remember a setting or to count visitors.
Cookies set by this site
These are needed for the site to work or to remember a choice you made. They are never used to track you.
Analytics cookies
I use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages people read and how they use them. These cookies are set by Google and Microsoft. Some are stored under this site's name, others under Microsoft's own domains (clarity.ms and bing.com).
Google and Microsoft may change the names or lifetimes of their cookies without notice. Their own pages are the most up to date: Google and Microsoft Clarity.
This site shows no ads and uses no advertising cookies.
How to block cookies
The analytics scripts load when you open a page. The button on the cookie banner only hides the banner; it doesn't turn them on or off. To stop them, you can:
- block third-party cookies, or all cookies, in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge;
- use a browser or extension that blocks trackers;
- install Google's Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
If you block the site's own cookies, the contact form won't work, but you can still read every page.
Changes and questions
If the cookies change, I'll update this page and the date at the top. For any question, contact me.
